Matt Lovell

Matt Lovell’s journey as an artist has been one of overcoming. His soulful voice retells every emotion of his path to self discovery and acceptance. 

Leading up to his album release, all but one song had been recorded and he was about to face the deepest struggle of all. On January 20, 2017, Matt was shot in the chest by a sixteen-year-old attempting to steal his car. Miraculously, he survived his physical injuries, but the trauma of the experience required an extended period of rehab.

Matt has emerged a changed person, with a new outlook on life and as a deeper, more mature artist, bringing every bit of earnestness, desire and love into his music.
