Despite her melodic and piano prowess, Sonnet wasn’t born into the music business. Originating from Athens Greece, Sonnet was raised in a cult up until the age of 5 when she, her sister and her mother escaped. Sonnet lived a gypsy-like lifestyle with her mother and sister, travelling around Europe and Asia, changing schools five times before the end of 6th grade. During these nomadic adventures, while constantly moving from one place to the next, was when music became her solace, her rhythmical soul mate.

Now LA based, Sonnet delivers a fresh perspective of indie pop, illuminated with pulsating electronic beats and themes that connect across emotional lines. Her music entices you into her soul while it convinces you to explore your own. Sonnet has achieved multiple placements throughout her career in ads such as Coca Cola, GoDaddy, Nivia, T-Mobile, Microsoft, and TV shows like Younger, Riverdale, Katy Keene and more.
